TV Mounting Above the Fireplace
Seattle's Fireplace Specialists
Brick, stone, tile and drywall surrounds — we mount on them all. Heat-rated mounts, masonry anchors and correct viewing angles. Other companies said no — we say yes.
Why Fireplace Mounting Requires a Specialist
This isn't a standard drywall mount. Each factor below requires different knowledge and equipment.
Standard mounts are not rated for heat exposure. We use heat-rated brackets with proper clearance above the firebox to protect your TV.
Brick, stone and tile require specialty masonry drill bits and heavy-duty anchors that standard installers don't carry. We arrive prepared.
TVs above fireplaces need tilting brackets to bring the screen to eye level from your seating position. We measure before committing any holes.
Running wires over a fireplace surround requires care. We offer both in-wall routing and heat-appropriate cord covers depending on wall material.
Fireplace Surfaces We Mount On

Specialty drill bits for granite, slate and other natural stone
Diamond-tip bits for porcelain and ceramic tile surrounds
