We install Nest (all models), Ecobee (all models), Honeywell Home T6, T9, T10 Pro and other WiFi models, Emerson Sensi, and all major smart thermostat brands. If your thermostat is not listed, call us with the model number.
The C-wire (common wire) provides constant power to WiFi thermostats. Most smart thermostats require it. We check your existing wiring at the start of the appointment. If a C-wire is not present we use the adapter included with most Nest and Ecobee models, or run a new wire if needed (quoted separately).
Most modern forced-air HVAC systems — gas furnace, electric furnace, heat pump, central AC — are compatible with major smart thermostat brands. We verify compatibility before installation. Multi-stage systems and complex HVAC configurations are supported by Ecobee and some Nest models.
Yes. We connect the thermostat to your WiFi, pair it with the Nest or Ecobee app on your phone, and configure your heating and cooling schedule. Before we leave, you will know how to adjust the schedule, use remote access and understand energy-saving features.
